Free Fuel Rebate
Programs Posted: June 14, 2010To be eligible for this limited time offer the Meridian Free Fuel Rebate form MUST BE filled out and signed by both the customer and by the Authorized Meridian representative either at the show or by fax/email. The customer then needs to contact the Authorized Meridian tank dealer of his choice and have that dealer email or fax the tank order to Meridian no later than June 25th, 2010 to qualify. Once the customer has received his fully equipped Meridian DW fuel tank, he needs to mail in this rebate form completely filled out along with a copy of the invoice for his tank to Meridian as noted below no later than August 15th, 2010. Once all information is received and processed, a cheque for the qualifying amount will be mailed directly to the customer.
Free Fuel Rebate amounts apply as noted below:
Meridian 10,000L Fully Equipped DW Tank - $500.00
Meridian 15 – 61,000L Fully Equipped DW Tanks - $1,000.00
**Free Fuel Rebate offer cannot be combined with any other tank rebate offers.
For your rebate to be processed, ensure that you complete the following steps below.
1) Ensure all information below is filled out completely.
2) Insert tank serial # once the tank is received.
3) Attach a copy of this form along with a copy of the invoice for the tank.
4) Once completed mail this information to the address below prior to Free Fuel Offer Deadline.
