Meridian Mobile Silos provide on-site bulk material storage without the infrastructure requirements of permanent installations. Designed for construction sites, transload facilities, remote operations, and temporary material storage applications, each silo can be transported, erected, and operational in approximately 15 minutes without the need for a crane, foundation, or major site preparation.

Designed for cement, fly ash, lime, barite, calcium, and other non-abrasive bulk materials, Meridian Mobile Silos combine high-capacity storage with rapid deployment and integrated material handling. Twin fill lines allow multiple trucks to unload simultaneously, while self-contained filling and discharge systems support operation using either site power or a generator in remote locations. Unlike traditional cement pigs, Mobile Silos occupy a smaller footprint, can fill and discharge simultaneously, and provide integrated dust collection, helping improve site productivity while reducing operational constraints.

Mobile Silos provide vertical storage that dramatically reduces site footprint requirements while offering capabilities that traditional cement pigs cannot, including simultaneous filling and discharge. Mobile Silos also utilize integrated dust collection and consume less energy by pressurizing transfer lines rather than the entire vessel.

Meridian Mobile Silos are transported on a purpose-built trailer system and can be operational in approximately 15 minutes without requiring a crane. The heavy-duty skid base eliminates the need for foundations or extensive ground preparation.
